Revival Update: April
It’s hard to believe that it is nearly June…the summer is upon us, which means a long list of camps, retreats, mission trips and vacations – and though we are looking forward to the whirlwind of business that is nearing and seeing many of our friends and family, we can testify to the fact that God has been busy in April! In April we started revival at First Pentecostal Church of Union City, TN with Pastor and Sis. Uzzle. We began revival on Easter Sunday, which turned into a month long burst of tremendous services! Each service was exuberant in worship, lively in praise and demonstrative in spiritual boldness! Literally countless of people were filled with the Holy Ghost and many were baptized in Jesus name for the remission of their sins! Praise and Glory be to God! I will say that there are not many places that have a passion and zeal for the lost and revival like the precious people of FPC Union City! It was such an honor to be with the great people who make up this energetic congregation – we are truly looking forward to our next visit! Thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity – means the world to our family!
Also, during the end of April, and early May, I was privileged to join Pastor Jerry Rowley and Bro. Will Sellers in traveling to Roatan, Honduras on behalf of Hope Corps and do some property development and site planning. During our trip we were able to visit Missionary Nathaniel Urshan and his wonderful family who are doing a tremendous job training leaders, teaching bible studies, preaching the gospel and reaching the lost – the greatest days of Hope Corps and mission “Reach Roatan” are ahead of us, and we are thrilled to be apart!
We are currently in revival at Diggins Apostolic Church with Pastor Wesley and Sis. Alesha Jackson.
We enjoyed the Jones’ family ministry in Union City!! Sis. Jones spoke at our monthly ladies meeting and what a move of God we had!! We can’t wait to see your family again.
